The focus of my law practice is primarily in the areas of: Municipal law (e.g., legislation; land use; local taxes; public records; government ethics; city-state relations). I am available to represent municipalities; local government agencies; and persons or entities that interact with local government. I am most interested in offering representation to those operating in the "public interest."Appellate law (Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Commonwealth Court, Common Pleas (administrative appeals), United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit). My focus is municipal litigation, but, as with any experienced appellate practitioner, I am a generalist.
