OPNAV N46. Managed the U.S. Navy shore base operating support (BOS) program worth $12 billion. Oversaw a team of nine professionals in the planning, programming, budgeting and execution in support of the $130 billion Navy Shore Infrastructure across 75 Navy installations worldwide. Provided strategic communications to senior Chief of Naval Operations leadership and Congressional staff on the Navy’s shore infrastructure.

Managed assets worth $4.1 billion and a $130 million construction and maintenance budget toensure the successful delivery of facilities and utilities systems for the Vice President’sResidence and six military installations throughout the Washington DC Region. Led a team of180 professionals who successfully delivered products and services to over 50,000 clients.

Directed the delivery of facility and utilities planning, programming, design, construction,maintenance, and operating support services for $3.2 billion in assets. Oversaw four DivisionDirectors and a 1,800-member team comprised of military, civilian, and construction contractorsin support of U.S. Navy and Air Force operations. Managed a $20 million budget. Administeredthe U.S. Navy’s largest Firm Fixed Price Base Operating Support Contract for all facets ofinstallation support services, including: facilities maintenance and repair, port & airfieldoperations, housing maintenance, custodial, construction, communications, and logistics.

Public Works Production Division Officer, providing visionary leadership, guidance, and empowerment to 160+ professionals. Responsible for infrastructure planning and programming, facilities/utilities operations and maintenance, energy program, and crane and vehicle operations on three geographically-separated bases worth $4 billion. Manages two airfields, a deep-water port, Power Generation Plant, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, SCADA system, Advanced Metering Initiative, and Wind Turbine Generation.

Oversaw operations of a 600-person global engineering and construction military organization. Charged with all construction planning and execution to include logistics, transportation and facilities management. Developed plans and oversaw execution of humanitarian civic assistance and capital improvement projects across the Pacific-theater of operations.

Developed short- and long-term contingency engineering and construction plans for the Naval Construction Force comprised of over 18,000 personnel. Planned and coordinated construction projects and multi-national military exercises in Korea, Japan, Philippines, and Guam utilizing U.S. and Host Nation resources. Coordinated the transportation, staging and integration of logistical requirements throughout the Pacific-theater in support of U.S. humanitarian civic assistance projects. Deployed to CENTCOM as the current Operations Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom; planned and developed construction project requirements throughout Al Anbar Province, Iraq.
