Responsible for the development and coordination of the strategic and creative implementation of all marketing, advertising, design concepts and content for GAMBIT and its clients.

Coordinated and developed the in-house creative capabilities within the Marketing Group with major concentration on marketing material design/development including brochures, direct mail, advertisements, sell sheets, creating and developing projects for PowerPoint presentations, as well as maintaining corporate brand guidelines. Position also required team building, coaching and teaching current marketing group staff and active participation in the hiring of freelance designers, extensive multi-tasking, project managing, preparing project estimates, developing and maintaining vendor relationships which also included working with photographers, illustrators, publications and advertising agencies and researching software/hardware alternatives and enhancements.

Manage complex projects requiring high-level design capabilities. Act as creative lead for print, web and multimedia proposals and presentations (working primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver) as well as provide creative, technical and production support to other designers in department. In addition, manage the six designer staff in the absence of the coordinator which includes assigning project workload and managing job tracking system. In both positions, prepare project estimates, develop and maintain vendor relationships, schedule production and/or outsourcing resources, research and recommend software/hardware alternatives and enhancements.*IBM acquired PWC Consulting in October 2002.

Coordinated and lead the expansion of the New York City office's in-house graphics department from a staff of one to a staff of four designers which including active participation in the hiring of full-time and freelance designers, team building, coaching and teaching, provide counsel and research in upgrade, acquisition and leasing of computer hardware, software and printing equipment in the department. Extensive multi-tasking, project managing, preparing estimates and maintaining project budgets, developing and maintaining vendor relationships was also required. Advised and lead on many client projects and firm presentations from concept to completion. Responsibilities include creating original visuals and concepts for PowerPoint presentations and books, slides, marketing and client collateral, logo designs among others, in a variety of different formats and platforms for both external and internal usage.
