Responsible for leading the overall, day to day execution of THOR Solutions. Responsible for converting long-term strategy into near-term action, and the attainment of short term goals and objectives. Overarching focus on company financials; customer satisfaction; quality assurance; employee morale; company branding and marketing; internal/external compliance; and corporate policy. Develops and maintains industry relationships. Vice-Chairman of internal Executive Steering Committee.In a dual-hatted role, acts as THOR's Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, responsible for company's strategic planning and business development initiatives. Builds and maintains the company five-year strategic plan with THOR CEO. Leads business development and proposal management efforts for the entire company, including target identification, capture, pipeline management and proposal development.

Responsible for the day to day operations of the company, and oversight of the company's two business units (Fleet Support and Technical Solutions BU; and Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Support BU). Develops and executes the annual Strategic Plan, with input from the THOR Executive Steering Committee (ESC). Ensures efficient business operations by defining and implementing standard operating procedures. Leads and motivates Business Unit Senior Vice Presidents. Ensures customer satisfaction and contractual compliance on all THOR contracts and subcontracts. Acts as company’s Customer Relationship Manager. Develops and maintains corporate-level suite of policies and procedures for CEO approval and promulgation. Oversees all new contract transition/startup activities. Works with CFO to develop bottoms-up financial forecasts (revenue, direct labor, profit). Responsible for ensuring the successful transition and startup of all new prime contracts. Participates in indirect investment decisions and periodic reviews of overhead budget and indirect rate structure. Supports business development activities, performing roles of Campaign Manager, Capture Manager, and Proposal Manager. Coordinates proposal review team execution. Oversees annual performance review and bonus process.

Oversees all contract execution and business development activities for THOR's Northeast Division. Contributes to all facets of business development, from target identification through proposal submission. Develops and maintains lasting relationships with small and large business industry partners, fostering a trusted and respected reputation. Performs thorough market analysis (customer and competition) of new DoD, Navy and NAVSEA campaign areas. Interfaces with senior-level Navy personnel, both military and civilian, to identify opportunities for new business. Prepares and analyzes price to win models and works with corporate leadership to design competitive pricing strategies tailored to the competitive environment of each solicitation.Manages all contract startup and transition efforts to ensure seamless integration and uninterrupted customer support. Maintains high level customer interface to ensure contract requirements are met and all customer feedback is acted upon expeditiously. Provides quality assurance oversight for all major contract deliverables. Monitors contract execution to ensure maximum Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) ratings are achieved. Fosters organic growth activities on existing contracts.
