Reducing costs/expenses, improving sales through improved customer service levels, ensuring improved productivity through effective management, ensuring reduced stock levels, lowering stock losses and administrative mistakes, managing and maintaining assets, improving loyalty card usage and awareness, setting budgets and achieving them, checking P&L reports and preparing action plans to deal with problem areas, identifying challenges/risk to the business, full accountability and responsibility of achieving targets and budgets. Focus on employee training and effectiveness, administer HR and IR issues.
