Frey S.P. broker dealer firm, conducting trade executions on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. After several expansions, grew in size enabling us to cover business in all 4 rooms of the NYSE. In 2000, I decided to merge with Silverman Brothers to form the company Prime Execution. I led the firm’s business expansion efforts. Within 4 years the firm grew to become one of the leading NYSE boutique broker dealers. The expansion efforts created a research department, off floor trading desk and connectivity to all listed, OTC and derivatives markets in the US. CREATED NEW REVENUE STREAMS/UNDERSTAND COMPLETE BUSINESS CYCLE 2000-2005 led the development of Prime Executions Research Department, Direct Access Division and it’s off floor trading desk, driving an increase of 500% in revenues. Starting BES International in 2010, I negotiated a manufacturing contract with a Chinese LED supplier. I Negotiated and was awarded a contract to supply our product to a cellular company in South Florida. 2014 started Elements Capital Partners a real estate investment company, leading in the underwriting of financials, raising of capital and negotiating with lenders.
