Richard Fricks' interest in real estate has led him to be active with the Metrotex Association of Realtors, Lake Cities Association of Realtors of which he has served on the Board of Directors and as President and has served as a Board Member for the Collin County Association of REALTORS. From January 2007 to October of 2009 he managed the Keller Williams office in Garland, managing as many as 75 agents. In October 2009 he resumed his career in full time real estate, leveraging his management and training to providing a high level of service and professionalism to his clients.Richard is currently Broker and Co-Owner of Realty Firm Globa;, LLC in Richardson, Texas.Richard earned his Broker’s license in June of 2010.Richard Fricks resides in Sachse, Texas and is married to Jennie. They have four children and seven grandchildren. Richard has been very active in community service having served four years as City Councilman for the City of Garland and on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Lucas. Richard and his wife Jennie were foster parents for 10 years and adopted one of them, Joy who is now 18 years old.
