I was also responsible for diversifying the service offer to respond to the growing demand in urban/airport city masterplanning, goods movement, cargo & logistics, the development of multi-modal hubs, alternative fuels, and the emergence of the eVTOL market, as well as the development of numerous internal and external thought leadership and innovation campaigns. Under my leadership, the EMEA business had doubled it’s net revenue and profit in the space of 5 years, it has increased it’s resilience through a diversified service offer and client base, and improved it’s market share despite the impact of the COVID pandemic.
