About Richard Germiller
The qualities that constitute excellent leadership are the desire to see an organization succeed as well as the people that make up that organization, belief that those who formally or informally step into your guidance can accomplish all they want and more, and understanding that to lead others you must always grow and learn as well. In my educational, military and professional experience I have observed how these qualities produce synergy, growth and excellence. This is why in my previous job I acted as an informal leader and trainer until I was promoted into these roles in an official capacity. In my previous occupation I started out as an entry level flight coordinator and in two years that I worked there earned the responsibility to train new employees in specialty roles of airline ground service operations. During my final year I was promoted to lead teams of ground service agents in daily operations. During my four years in the Navy I made rank as a Non-Commissioned Officer, lead an in-port duty rapid response team and even lead a team to perform damage control duties in a separate department. I recently relocated to the Los Angeles area and consider this an opportunity to utilize my leadership skills in a new industry. In my professional life I have learned how to lead and, more importantly, how to follow,
