I led the global Value Realisation practice at Avanade, a strategic collaboration between Accenture and Microsoft. My mission is to enable clients to fully leverage their existing Microsoft technology assets to revolutionize their workforce and workplace environments - physical, digital, or virtual - into key drivers of enduring value.The art of Value Realisation lies in the delicate balance between technology and people-centric approaches.
