Leading the Clinical Safety Management function across the Cegedim UK Group of companies comprising Cegedim Rx, In Practice Systems, Cegedim Health Data and The Health Improvement Network (THIN).- Steering ongoing development, implementation and operation of Clinical Risk Management Plan and systems and processes that support it- Overseeing registration of products with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in conformity with the EU's Medical Device Directive (MDD) and Medical Devices Regulation (MDR), and UK Government's regulation of medical devices on the Great Britain and Northern Ireland markets- Development, implementation and operation of a Clinical Stakeholder Reference Group (CSRG), comprising an advisory panel of Clinicians representing each of the four UK home nations- Triaging Clinical Safety items for effective action and management by cooperating with the group's Clinical Safety Officers (CSOs) and CSRG members- Representing the business to UK regulatory agencies in relation to all Clinical Safety matters

Deputising for the Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) function as required.- Authoring Clinical Safety documentation (e.g. Hazard Logs, Clinical Safety Case Reports), including to meet the requirements of NHS Digital and other NHS National bodies and project sponsors- Reviewing Clinical Safety issues and risks raised internally and externally- Co-ordinating Clinical Safety advice requested by others within the company- Maintaining the company's Clinical Safety Policy in line with regulatory standards and compliance, including Data Coordination Board standards DCB0129 and DCB0160, as well as any organisational / process changes

Working as part of the Clinical Coding Team at Charing Cross Hospital.Responsible for quality driven clinical coding in accordance with national and international coding standards and guidelines via translation of clinical information held in patient records and medical terminology into coded records using classification codes obtained from the following:- International Statistical Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (ICD-10) for diagnoses- Office of Population Censuses and Surveys, 4th revision (OPCS-4) for procedures and interventionsProduction of GP discharge summaries using mapped Read codes.
