I joined the Solent office of Menzies on 1st August 2006. My expertise covers both Corporate and Personal Tax, specifically taxation aspects of entrepreneurial business, share option schemes and group reorganisations. I take a practical commercial approach in advising clients, using my business advisory skills and taxation expertise to assist clients to achieve their business objectives. I am a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Taxation and qualified whilst employed by Coopers and Lybrand in Reading. Prior to joining Menzies I was a Tax Director at a top ten firm. I am married and have two daughters and a son aged between 23 and 27 years. I live in the West Sussex village of Stedham, near Midhurst, and when not at work I can often be found cycling or walking the dogs on the South Downs, or on long distance cycle tours such as to Spain, Albania and Portugal.
