Developing enhanced support for the transition of Army Service Leavers into civilian life at a time of Defence restructuring. Assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Army Recovery Capability for wounded, injured and sick personnel

Leading the branch within the UK Permanent Joint Headquarters providing real-life support to over 4,000 personnel deployed globally on military combat operations, and for over 10,000 personnel and their families in the UK’s permanent operating bases overseas. Delivering specific enhancements to the deployed welfare support package and post-operational decompression provision

Leading the team driving the optimisation of a pan-Defence information system which was faltering on account of a lack of acceptance by user-communities

Leading the team within the Ministry of Defence with specific responsibility for the development of pay, pensions and compensation policy for the Army, including providing evidence and support to independent review bodies
