Working from Dallas, I serve clients nationally with tax consulting in the area of mergers and acquisitions and post-transaction tax matters. My areas of focus include buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax structure consulting, and tax modeling for clients that are contemplating potential sales or purchases, cross-border transaction matters, capital restructuring, and distressed company tax matters. In addition to live transaction matters, I assist clients with legal entity planning and rationalization and documentation of technical matters.
