It is funded by Pinnacle Towers, the TowerCo investment vehicle of KKR. The team has previously successfully executed tower company and Wi-Fi offload models. The company is headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Box Broadband is a UK based company that provides unconnected and poorly connected rural communities with high-speed internet connectivity and telecommunications services in Surrey and West Sussex, UK with aggressive expansion plans. Acquired by Community Fibre in August 2021.

Edifice is the UK’s largest manager of commercialisation rights for commercial property owners with over 13,400 sites from major institutions (including 5 FTSE 100 and 3 FTSE 250 companies) such as Royal Mail plc, BT plc, GSK plc, U+I plc and Wincanton plc. Edifice generates long-term secure revenues for commercial property owners from outdoor media, EV charging and battery storage incomes then sells these annuity-bearing assets to specialist funds. Edifice has had multiple exits through the sale of 11 portfolios of income-bearing sites with high covenant tenants to 4 alternative asset funds.

Macropolitan was the UK's largest owner of exclusive telecoms rights at urban buildings with a portfolio of 18,000 sites. 18 months after closing its seed (and only) funding round, Macropolitan was acquired for £9.5 million by Arqiva (p.23 of http://www.arqiva.com/media/dContent/mediaCentre/About-Us/PDFs/mukbh-signed-08.pdf). Macropolitan rented access to its unique portfolio to operators deploying wireless networks, from 4G to WiMAX. Macropolitan also supported turn-key deployments through its relationships with major vendor partners that included Alcatel-Lucent and Nortel. Macropolitan was equity funded by several multi-billion dollar telecoms and property funds including property magnate Vincent Tchenguiz's Consensus Business Group, Saudi Oger and Miller Buckfire; the world's leading restructuring bank.

Pioneered the creation of Bulldog from inception to full-scale operation, securing over $20 million in funding amid challenging market conditions. Engineered the lucrative acquisition of Bulldog by Cable & Wireless plc, followed by spearheading a $175 million network expansion, solidifying Bulldog as the UK's premier local loop unbundling (LLU) company, servicing over 7 million homes and businesses.

I was brought on board to helm a NASDAQ-listed Global Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) provider, overseeing a workforce of over 600 employees spread across 12 offices worldwide. Recognizing the need for strategic repositioning, I spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of the company's business plan and corporate strategy. This transformation focused on transitioning the company into a Mobile Internet and Data Services business model, a move that not only revitalized our market position but also resulted in substantial cost savings of over $800 million in funding requirements for the launch of new services.Amidst challenging financial circumstances, I took proactive measures to safeguard the company's future. In a groundbreaking move for a UK-based firm, I made the strategic decision to initiate a voluntary filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the United States, ensuring the preservation of ICO's viability during this tumultuous period.Subsequently, I negotiated a significant transaction that would reshape ICO's ownership landscape. By orchestrating the sale of a majority stake (76%) to a consortium led by Craig McCaw and international investors, we achieved an enterprise valuation of $1.6 billion. This pivotal move marked a successful exit from Chapter 11 proceedings in May 2000, setting the stage for ICO's continued growth and success in the global market.

As President of Loral Orion Network Systems (LONS), I assumed full P&L and management responsibility for the company's global operations, overseeing a $100M+ business with 400+ employees across 20+ offices worldwide. Prior to my presidency, I served as President and Geschaftsfuhrer at Loral Orion Network Systems Europe, GmbH in Hanover, Germany. In this role, I led EMEA operations, managing a team of 150+ employees across 11 offices, and driving over 75% of the company’s orders, revenues, and profitability. Additionally, I orchestrated the acquisition of Teleport Europe, a German-based satellite networking services company, negotiating favorable terms and seamlessly integrating its operations into Loral Orion. Notably, I spearheaded the delivery of internet connectivity via satellite to over 70 countries before the deployment of undersea fiber-optic cables. I also intrduced groundbreaking services such as "DirectNet," the satellite industry’s inaugural internet service for international ISPs, "WorldCast," the first asymmetric internet service via satellite, and the industry's maiden satellite-based VPN service (VISN).

Orion emerged as the premier provider of satellite-delivered internet connectivity, linking ISPs in over 70 countries to the US-based internet via satellite. I played a central role in crafting the business plan and securing initial funding for this US-based satellite communications firm. Orchestrating global operations, I established a robust sales and distribution network, propelling Orion to become synonymous with internet satellite services. Witnessing exponential growth, Orion burgeoned sales by over 1000% within two years, connecting over 100 ISPs across 75 countries to the US internet by 1998. Additionally, I actively participated in Orion's Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 1995, raising $50 million in capital and securing a listing on NASDAQ. We subsequently raised $710 million through public bond markets to finance satellite construction and launches in regions spanning the Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the FSU. My instrumental role culminated in the $1.3 billion sale of Orion Network Systems, Inc. to Loral Space and Communications Ltd.

Reporting to the President of Bell Atlantic Information Services (BAIS), I was responsible for establishing strategic alliances with content owners and international carriers to expand BAIS’ DSL market leadership and position the company to enter the Interactive Multimedia Television via DSL business

Led commercial and some federal sales in the US mid-Atlantic states based in Washington D.C.. Promoted to Vice-President and General Manager of a PacTel/Nortel JV based in Redwood City, California. Promoted to Vice President/Managing Director of Southern Europe where I was responsible for all lines of business for Nortel in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece. Repatriated from the UK to HQ in Washington D.C. where I served as a Vice President of Global Premier Accounts.
