IT recruiter with over 2 years experience within the industry and upwards of 300 contacts in the Melbourne IT domain, specialises in the Telecommunications sector but has also recruited extensively in banking and finance, Government, Consulting and Healthcare.

My Role: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Managing a portfolio of 200+ contractors split between ANZ bank and Telstra Corporation. - Responsible for the on boarding of new contractors including contractual and statutory obligations.- Company point of contact for contractors in relation to all HR and payment functions of the organisation.- Maintaining and managing the relationship between the organisation and the clients HR divisions/ managers (Telstra, ANZ)-Organise and manage contractor extensions.-Foster ongoing relationships with contractors as the direct contact between themselves and Chandler Macleod.-Organise contractor events and catch ups.
