A very important skill I learned when I was young was cold calling, I love it. The more you use your phone, the more efficient you are. My passion is to keep the customers happy. For me, a happy customer is the most important thing. I have customer relationships that have lasted for over 15 years, and will hopefully last the next 15 to come.
