Re-engineered and led Marriott’s implementation of a global ITSM system. Developed and executed product strategy, roadmaps, system transition plans, and product lifecycle plans. Led 32 member cross functional, matrix staff to successfully deliver results while coaching Service Owners in process re-engineering and continual service improvement to improve service delivery.

Delivered several key analysis and development programs which generated 95% of the revenue for this early stage startup. These programs included work for the TSA, DoD and Wichita Police Department (BTK serial killer case).

Built a disruptive product that improved delivery of top secret information to senior government officials directly to their offices post 9/11. Supported ICCIO office in establishing Congressionally mandated directives to integrate information sharing channels between intelligence community member organizations.

Built and directed a web development staff of 60 employees and 20 contractors to develop and deploy a portfolio of 35 B2B and B2E web products including a $2 million main website (xo.com) redesign to support company rebranding. Special Assignment: Built and managed an IT PMO of over 40 portfolio projects.

Transformed IT support to $1 billion business area in the Washington Region by implementing mobile computing and the supporting infrastructure allowing users to work remotely for the first time. Reengineered support to 3600 users located at multiple customer sites in a complex environment consisting of multiple platforms, protocols, and delivery mechanisms further complicated by users located at highly classified work locations. Turned around several at-risk LM client programs by providing business process re-engineering, enterprise architecture, systems integration, information engineering, and change management expertise. This included full lifecycle support from concept of operations to operations and maintenance of classified hardware and software products in addition to implementing standard practices to improve service delivery to clients. Led re-engineering of customer's analysis organization workflow process resulting in reducing time to produce analysis products from 8 months to 6 weeks.

Lead information engineer for NASA's Space Station Freedom Program, Utilization and Operations organization. Built initial data architecture and implemented data governance practices to ensure data integrity throughout U&O data sources.

Performed process reengineering for VP Operations which contributed directly to over $12 million in cost reductions. Helped build Long Range Operations Planning process and Project Management Office (PMO)- consolidating management of 32 projects into one organization, prioritizing resources and resolving cross-functional issues.
