Led a team of Pricing Managers. Responsible for facilitating the negotiations of 900+ Department of Defense (DoD) contracts valued at $500M+ under the AbilityOne Program and supported the requirements of SourceAmerica’s Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. AbilityOne Commission. ➤ Signing authority on Fair Market Price Recommendations submitted to the U.S. AbilityOne Commission.➤ Proposals prepared for submission to the U.S. AbilityOne Commission to ensure compliance with existing Commission rules and regulations. ➤ Development of processes and RACI models for improved collaboration between the Pricing and Account Services Teams resulting in enhanced communication and efficiencies.➤ Responsible for pricing of 900+ DoD contracts.
