As part of the global transformation team i created and ran Bacardi Sprints. These were designed to leverage consumer data to optimise branded communications across Bacardi's diverse portfolio of brands. Simultaneously, I guided Bacardi in harnessing the power of social media, enabling them to enhance their effectiveness and achieve strategic objectives across digital.

As a Design Sprint facilitator at Google, I led collaborative workshops to solve complex problems, fostered cross-functional teamwork, guiding clients and agencies to solve problems using Googles products and services.
