I also have extensive background in franchise sales and development covering conversion to biz opportunity sales. I have worked with the broker networks and well versed in all the levels of franchising from single unit, multi unit, area development and master franchising. I have earned certification by Zig Ziglar in ZPG program for Ziglar Sales System, Strategies for Success and Effective Presentation Skills. I have also conducted hundreds of DISC trainings and evaluations. This experience has helped me become an effective leader and better manager of my self and others as well as a trusted advisor to my candidates I work with.I recently joined BAi Business Alliance Intl.
