Full Circle Coaching & Consulting (FCCC) is a niche provider of executive level coaching and facilitation services specialising in:# Emotional Intelligence# Self-Leadership, and# Creative Thinking.The most significant project delivered while in this position involved one-on-one coaching and small group workshops for over 30 project team leaders for a large information technology (IT) group. The focus of the intervention was enhanced leadership skills and the program utilised the medium of emotional intelligence (EI). The outcome of the intervention was: (1) enhanced leadership skills(2) improved teamwork(3) reduced project timeline slippage, and(4) reduced employee absenteeism.
