We typically operate as a cost-plus builder who offers open-accounting where the client participates in any hiring or purchasing decision they wish to, and also receives a copy of every receipt incurred on their project.We have completed over 120 new homes ranging currently ranging from $300,000 to $2.1MM. 95% of the time if we are not building for a friend, we have fostered a friendship during the construction process.
