EXPERIENCE My experience over the last 30 years has been in bringing new products into production at medical device start-up companies. For the past 16 years, I have been involved in the Radio Frequency aesthetics field with Thermage (now Solta Medical) first consulting 2 years with R&D on their first commercial product offering, then as Sr. Director of Manufacturing for 7 years followed by Managing Director of Product Realization within R&D for an additional year to lead a Handpiece mechanical design group and finally for another 4 years providing consulting services to both R&D and Operations groups within Solta. As you can see I have played many roles in my time. This depth and breadth of experience can make a critical difference in the life of a start up company. My current interests are not limited to only a full-time position but also to Tactical and/or Strategic consulting services.
