Cisco is the major networking provider to the UK Police and Fire Service plus we are the selected solution vendor for the majority of the UK government major departments.The role of myself and my team is to work with our key accounts to ensure that they are fully briefed on the capabilities of the ever expanding Cisco portfolio - a portfolio which now reaches from the public/private clouds right across the IT spectrum to the end user devices.As more and more devices connect to our platforms as part of the digitisation of the UK Police and Justice system, we have to help to ensure that our key clients have the right end to end security deployments, and using the network as a security sensor is the right way to achieve the level of protection required.

As Head of Marketing, activities include the development and delivery of face to face Sales and associated Digital Marketing campaigns to create global brand awareness, lead development and the required levels of new business closure for industry leading collaboration services including MS Lync with BT Meet Me and Dolby Voice (BTMMDV), Cisco Webex with BTMMDV, and BT Cloud Video Meet Me.

Heading up sales for C Gov and Police within the Government & Health Sales Vertical. Leading the team to work with our customer organisations to identify business areas which could benefit from the deployment of industry leading secure managed networking services.

To manage and develop the sales teams which identified and closed new business into the four largest managed contracts held by BT in the UK Public Sector - namely 2012, DWP, DFTS and N3.

To drive sales into the key SI and Partner account organisations to achieve quarterly Sales Order, Revenue and Profit targets. Responsibilities included the ongoing development and recruitment of the sales team, the personal management and closure of strategic deals whilst at all times looking to improve Customer Engagement.
