As Business Developer I was responsible for developing new products and create strategies and content for marketing. In a small team I was involved in a number of other tasks, from software testing and designing to sales and event presentations.

Forening for Organisasjonspsykologi (FOP) is a student association and the largest association for organizational psychology in Norway. Every semester the association arranges three to four events with invited speakers. While I was leading the association, our team of ten voted members managed to strongly increase the popularity and member-base of FOP. We arranged successful, well-attended events on topics ranging from recruitment practices in The Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), Human Factors with The Accident Investigation Board Norway, leadership development with Conforte, and certification courses on employee selection with Human Content.
