Over thirty years in Mortgage Banking! I’ve climbed to incredible heights, overcome monstrous hurdles, celebrated successes, and cultivated a thriving career. Through it all I’ve arrived at this moment recognizing the adventure that this career has blessed me with. To the many Leaders, Mentors, Associates and Teammates, THANK YOU! Thank you for the many lessons, experiences and the “Pouring Into Me” to make me the Sales Leader and Mortgage Salesperson I am. It is in this same spirit that I have decided to return to work and return this favor by bringing my experience to bear in this new season of my life. In this new time I have committed to a new organization, NEO Home Loans, and a future, it’s now, where I can lift up others, salespeople, mortgage clients, and Teammates alike. With an overwhelming lack of supply of housing today, my experience with Homebuilders, and their Homebuyers, will be devoted to serving this segment. Furthermore, as America ages dedicated professionals, like myself, will be necessary to guide this segment to a better retirement. I look forward to serving and the adventure it will bring.The adventure in my career would only be possible first by a breadwinning Mother. She was one of a handful of the first female originators in Santa Ana California. Thanks Mom for opening this door. Secondly, and just as important, a wife and partner that made this possible and kept me healthy and sane. She heroically raised two beautiful daughters who continue to make us both proud. This newfound adventure spirit was found in the year and a half long sabbatical where my wife and I took off in a Sprinter Van. 13k miles, thousands of pictures throughout the West including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Washington & British Columbia/Alberta Canada. This adventure taught me first to look for the adventure every day. Secondly that plans were critical, but often the best adventure is found where you turn to your “gut” or the seat of your pants. Great adventures can always be found.
