20+ years of experience in the embedded industry as an applications engineer, starting with three years on the PowerPC MPC821/823, and recently 18 years on ARM-based microprocessors, including the Intel/Marvell PXA250, PXA255, PXA310 and the PXA8xx baseband processors. Previously at LogicPD I work ed on a diverse range of products including the Freescale i.MX31 and Texas Instruments OMAP 35x family, and legacy products such as the NXP LH7A400/404.At Silicon Labs I was firmware project lead for our next-generation USB-to-UART device, the CP2102n, and also responsible for continuing development of our Capacitive Touch solutions for 8051 8 bit and ARM 32 bit devices. Currently I am a member of the Radio API Library Firmware Development Team working on next-generation short range wireless radios.Core experience is with customer support of low-level embedded systems hardware and software, including schematics, boot code, driver development on Microsoft Windows CE and Linux, and production debug.
