I am an involved member of the Intelligence Community and a graduate of the National Intelligence University. As an intelligence analyst I've supported national security activities such as counterdrug and counterterrorism operations as well as military contingency planning. Each of these positions required extensive analytical and research skills to provide the right information to the right customer at the right time. Additionally, I served in oversight capacities familiarizing myself and others with how to remain compliant with federal laws and departmental and agency policies. As I eventually retire from being an active duty Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Air Force I'm seeking to transition into the public policy realm at the state or federal level. I want to leverage my analytical expertise looking at foreign policy issues and continue serving by supporting domestic policy. Ideally this may be a think tank, a political committee, or directly with legislation. I have experience in the non-profit and for-profit realms. I've served in volunteer council positions of veterans' organizations and I was also briefly an owner of a wireless internet service company. In both positions I familiarized myself and others with relevant and ever-changing public policy.
