Mr. Hoag has published numerous articles, created and conducted workshops on Negotiation, Communications (Originator of the F.I.R.S.T Method®), Employment Issues, Change Management, Business Development/Marketing, and Strategic Management. He is also an active member of the State Bar of California and is founder and senior member of the Hoag Firm providing legal services in the Bay Area and Sacramento. He served for 9 years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB, now TechServ Alliance) and currently is founder of The TrueÜ Experience.
