- Assist Superintendent with overseeing 17 trades finishing 10 floors of interior amenities throughout 3 Tower project- Provide daily direction to subcontractors from layout, M&E rough-ins to finishing amenity spaces and ensure construction is as per specifications and drawings- Perform pre board check, tackle deficiencies and complete reports in response to consultant and City building inspector.- Prepare and submit RFIs to consultants including Architects, Interior Designers and M&E engineers for design development, changes, and site instructions.- Implement QA/QC plan and manage to close PDI deficiencies

Canary Commons Block 12 - $125 Million Project- Helped to finish and turn over 2 towers, and 3 podium levels including 350 suites/townhomes and amenity spaces- Coordinated trades and handymen crews to resolve over 10,000 deficiencies from QA/QC to Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) - Indirect supervision of own forces crew (on projects with self-perform scopes of work), which includes assisting with determining crew sizes, tracking productivity, determining work quantities and completing labour cost reports.

- Completed FLHA, attended safety meeting and reviewed IFCs and safety operating procedures prior to field inspection- Supported construction team with specifications, in situ material sources and corrective actions- Documented construction activities with photos and field notes and performed on site soil density testing with a nuclear Densometer- Maintained accurate written and verbal QC reports to the Mine Operations team and engineer of record to ensure the target engineering requirements are met
