The Soldier Hollow Legacy Foundation operated the Soldier Hollow Olympic and Paralympic cross country ski and biathlon venue in Midway, Utah. The Foundation merged its assets and operations May 1, 2016 into the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation that represents other former 2002 Olympic facilities and began its legal dissolution. The takeover was a step in the effort to solidify the capital and operating resources of Utah's recreation and competition legacy.Functions included: Financial Management, Budgeting, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Financial oversight functions, Program Development for Local, Regional, National and International recreation, training and competition events.
