I have spent most of my life as an independent contractor developing complex web apps. I have worked as a contract developer in public (MU or Czech Academy of Science) and private sector and started my own business in both technology and suprisingly also selling tea while doing my Ph.D. in Computational linguistics. During my bachelors I have been one of main organizers and founder of summer school for IT students and lead them as a SCRUM master while SCRUM was something wildly unknown. Also I occassionally teach at university. So I have many different things to diversify both my hard skills and soft skills, so I am pretty adaptable as a programmer and project manager.
