Always above 100% quarterly commissions. In my last quarter (Q1, 2020), I was well above my goal which is what funded the launch of Highline Commerce. At the time was Private Equity, majority owned by Blackrock, before the company went public via IPO on June 10, 2021. 1. Managed and directly led teams that deployed over 21 billion emails across 4 different email platforms. 2. Critical team member in integrating multiple company acquisitions, most notably including Ebay Enterprise Marketing Services, Acxiom's Email Marketing team, among others. Our division grew 10x during my 3 years there (from $10 million ARR to $100 million), and my role grew to managing over $20 million in ARR.3. Owned the relationship with multiple retail 100 brands, and large financial institutions.
