I have 12 years of experience in the insurance industry and 8 years experience in Quality Assurance, Since 2023, I have worked for New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (H.E,S,A.A) where I have developed a quality assurance department. In my journey, I have contributed to changes needed in order to ensure a more customer friendly atmosphere and to maintain compliance for State and company regulations. I work with both leadership and agents to ensure ongoing improvement and development. Prior to H.E.S.A.A., I worked at The University of Kansas Health Systems in Revenue Cycle Billing, where I recently received the Exceptional Performer Award that recognizes the performance of the top tier employees. I work with patients, providers, attorneys, and insurance companies to ensure claims process follow CMMS guidelines. Additionally, I worked as a liaison between Quality Assurance and agents for the training and development. My knowledge and experiences have provided me opportunities to train and mentor new hires. Currently, I live in Central New Jersey and I recently completed my Bachelors' Degree in Business Management at Park University (Parkville, Missouri) with a 3.25 GPA. My passion is working with people to develop the most positive atmosphere with attempt to understand each agent, for purposes of individual development and training.
