ASEAN Foundation Model ASEAN Meeting (AFMAM) is an annual competition held by ASEAN Foundation to teach youths in Southeast Asia about ASEAN decision-making mechanisms. In 2022, after breakthrough election processes, I was honoured to participate in AFMAM 2022. During this competition, I was elected as Head of Government and responsible for 5 people divided from 5 Southeast Asia countries as Malaysia delegates. I was fully responsible in regard of:- Managing and making sure the progress of each chamber about their position paper;- Being representative for the high-level head of government meeting during The AFMAM;- Making a Strategy Paper for Malaysia delegate as fundamental of our interest.

• Represented ADS UNAND in 7 National Debating Councils and took part in presenting recommendations within the decision-making process;• Collaborated and established 5 new cooperations with 6 debating communities at local and national levels and already created 10 friendly matches and 5 training programs with the community partners for the internal members;• Initiated 2 Alumnae Day events with 85% alumnae attendance on each.

I was a team member in customer relations of OGV, AIESEC in UNAND. Customer relations is a division that’s responsible to maintain, expand, and promote both relations and programs that would be held by the AIESEC in UNAND. During my tenure in this position, I have completed some tasks, such as:- Approaching the previous applicants of Join AIESEC to keep up with further information about coming up events in AIESEC in UNAND;- Creating the post-survey form for the customers who has already joined several of AIESEC in UNAND events to embrace and understand customers' needs and requests to provide them good experience.

Virtual Teaching English (VTE) Project is an alternative project initiated by AIESEC in Universitas Andalas amidst the pandemic to keep running its youth empowerment program, which aims to provide children in 3 orphanages in Padang City about the English language and give them the experience of learning directly from the foreigners. In this project, I got an opportunity to be an Organizing Committee Exchange, which is responsible for:- Ensuring knowledge of matching process and standardization of matching process for the Exchange Participant (EP);- Responsible for 2 exchange participants from Marocco - Translating the ideas from the exchange participants and the committee of VTE into one curriculum;- Preparing the Exchange Participant (EP) by conducting 6 EPs meeting before, during, and after the project;- Designing the evaluation meeting between the EPs and VTE Committee after the class;- Assuring the EP was prepared 1 hour before the class started;- Responsible for making the EPs opening and testimony videos.

Youth Today is an annual event held by AIESEC in Indonesia that aims to facilitate Youth all around Indonesia to learn directly with the experts regarding specific topics to enhance their soft skills. I was delighted to get a chance to be on the Organizing Committee of Delegate Service at this event. The Organizing Committee of Delegate Service is a division responsible for all the participants’ needs, including the before, during, and after the event. This role concerning on delivering information, sounding, and accomodating the participants. During my tenure as an OC Delegates Service, I was responsible for:- Making the Registration form, questions form, and post-survey for the Youth Today of AIESEC in Indonesia;- Delivering the information to the participants, both through email and group, before the event towards more than 400 participants;- Making 3 “Did You Know” contents prior to the events to attract and engage the participants;- Managing the attending proves and distributing the certificate to the participants after the event.

Immigration Officer Level 1 TPI Padang is one of the crucial government bodies under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia (Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia). It is responsible for providing Immigration services, law enforcement, national security, and facilitating the development of public welfare. In 2021, I was blessed to be a customer service ambassador during my internship. I have done plenty of customer support, such as:• Managed ±1000 customers consisting of passport, Hajj legal, and foreigner administration;• Encouraged the use of immigration mobile app and gained 300+ app users during the internship.
