• Responsible for Retail Channel Management involving PC and Mobile Retailers ( sales, trade marketing, customer relationship)• Achieve sell-in and sell-thru targets for Windows and Office 365 Software products as well as Windows Devices ( Tablets and Mobile)• Ensure product availability in the Channels with the proper Merchandising presence, Retail sales capabilities, Consumer programs and Brand related activities• Increase Microsoft branding and merchandising presence in the market through Retail programs and joint marketing activities with key partners• Improve Customer Satisfaction Rating of Microsoft in Key Partners• Collaborate with Multinational Brand partners like Acer, Asus, Toshiba, HP and Lenovo along with their appointed Distributors for smooth flow of sales process thru Retail partenrs to end consumers• Grow device business in PC and Mobile Retailers nationwide

• Responsible for over-all business of HTC mobile products in Philippines ( sales, marketing, trade mktg, retail, customer service and product management)• Achieve target market share, gross margin, sell-thru and sales volume/revenue• Strengthen HTCs brand, market share and sales by building and improving current organization and local processes that will fit Philippine market• Increase goodwill and business relationships with Distributors, Operators and Retail Accounts through organized account planning and increased team face to face interaction
