Piloted the 6-month soft launch of the Single-Offer Rule compliance, overseeing quality of service delivery, assessing its objective, undertaking the reinstatement of households to the centralized waiting list, and assuring clients, the City and its partners’ that mutual interest align with policy outcomes and primary objectives.
