As Senior Program Manager Utilities Acquisition Integration I oversee all sub-programs (8), and individual Application and system projects (38), and all related staff, focused on exiting the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) between South Jersey Industries (SJI) and Southern Company. The TSA was put in place subsequent to the $1.7 billion SJI acquisition of Elizabeth Town Gas Co. and Elkton Gas Co.Applications included CC&B, Maximo, GIS, MWM, Middleware (Data Stage & IIB), Workday, PowerPlan, SalesForce, The team included ~80 SJI members as well as 10 independent vendors. The program was budgeted at $90M and completed successfully with a "Big Bang" launch of all systems and applications over the weekend of 3/14 - 15/2020. Actual Go Live was 3/16/2020.
