Here I worked to further develop ADI’s Embedded Processors and DSP market. I worked closely with ADI Sales and customers in North America and travelled extensively in Europe to maintain presence with the ADI Staff and customers in the region. • I worked closely with ADI's dedicated field sales organization and with distribution partners to secure sales growth for target embedded processor product lines, in existing and new accounts, in traditional and new market segments despite decreases in field sales / technical coverage a challenging design-in cycle.• I nurtured new business opportunities and closely collaborated with the sales organization to build long-term strategic relationships with key customers including custom IP development with strategic accounts.• I brought focus to emerging markets and applications by bringing the voice of the customer to ADI’s new product portfolio development.• I engaged, leveraged, and fought for 'share of mind' of our distribution partners to increase sales reach and close tactical opportunities and grew the horizontal market with training and development of distributor sales personnel and targeted events and promotions.• I established and managed strategic partnerships and executed contract negotiations with third-party partners and industry alliances to complement ADI’s internal technical capabilities.

• I lead project management for a multi-discipline team chartered to implement a mixed-signal integration of ADI IP delivering on-time and within budget, lowering cost of goods sold, and yielding a richer feature set for the Blackfin processor family.• I improved revenues and broadened presence in new market segments by connecting new product features with value proposition in new applications such as mobile applications requiring DSP processing power balanced with low power dissipation.• I engaged lead customers during the pre-sales phase, increasing confidence in ADI’s processor solution and easing the customer’s development burden in software and hardware development.• I engaged with third-party software and hardware developers to ensure valuable third-party IP existed in order to allow prospective developers to see a vibrant ecosystem that would decrease their own development risk• I built and maintained product collateral such as technical documentation, sales and customer training material, press pitch material, webcasts, and customer success stories.

• I contributed to new product definition and product development with technical and market research on SHARC DSP / Embedded Processor product features.• I designed and delivered new product training material for hundreds of attendees including ADI field sales, engineers, customer workshop attendees, that increased design wins and reduced customers’ time to market.• I coordinated team goals related to new product development, including drafting of technical documentation, planning and execution of new silicon debug, and collateral planning.• I provided design support to Top Tier accounts from product selection through post-sales with training sessions, on-site engineering support, and development of prototype hardware and software.

This was an excellent foundation for me in the technology industry.
