We started Founded in 2012 as a bunch of listeners, inquisitors, strategists, planners, behaviourists, creatives, collaborators and orchestrators. We had the idea that if we could create somewhere great for people to work then great work would follow.A simple idea that worked.We worked with some amazing people and clients, had a load of fun and did some outstanding work.We sold the agency to Iris in 2016, 4 years after we opened. We fully integrated Founded's clients and people into the Iris family in 2020.What a ride.

As part of Gyro International's growth strategy in EMEA I developed and extended our footprint into mainland Europe and the Middle East.I was responsible for the clients and Gyro operations in 9 offices across 8 countries including new openings, M & A as well as strong organic growth.Client highlights include leading clients' EMEA marketing strategies in Telecommunications, IT, Finance, Business Services, Retail and Luxury Goods - in a variety of engagements from Demand Generation and CRM to Advertising and Brand Strategy.
