• Supporting NTT Data’s Project and Application Systems practice, owns hiring process from start to finish for requisitions for various verticals. • Conducts in-take sessions with hiring manager for each new job assigned; develops and recommends appropriate recruiting strategies. • Participates in weekly practice, vertical, and account calls to discuss newly released requirements, statuses of open positions, roadblocks, etc. • Prepares and places job advertising across appropriate media; coordinates internal job postings.• Maintains 100% compliance to NTT posting standards and OFCCP/EEO guidelines to include: relevant job posting titles, adding candidates, consent forms, resumes, applications, notes, and updating applicant flow on a real time basis.
