- Skillfully filled a pivotal role ensuring a multimillion-dollar impact event for the U.S. Navy's Blue Angels, successfully moving it from being held over land to over critical waterways. Worked as liaison between three military branches' assigned officers of a superior level of responsibility, representatives of the FAA, and other local, state, and federal agencies. Exclusively created chart/map graphics relied upon by local media, participating law enforcement, and military agencies to ensure safety/security zones were placed correctly. Instead of this effort taking 180 days, it was achieved in only 27.- Volunteered (with little notice) to assist two battalions of U.S. Army troops from Fort Hood to successfully deploy on-schedule service members to war zones. Provided expertise in hazardous materials and explosives handling, packaging, and containerization for transportation on commercial vessels.- Frequently and voluntarily took on greater responsibility for my position's expectations when the team, unit, or mission needed.- Skillfully led investigations and teams of 20+ with Environmental and Emergency Response- Oversaw and developed waterways management regulatory drafting and publishing processes adopted formally in policies by regional command and the entire Coast Guard- Enforced regulatory compliance in the maritime industry with vessels, designated waterfront facilities, and hazardous cargo, including explosive handling supervision and multi-agency task forces- Expertly represented Coast Guard in Government, Industry, and Public affairs- Served as Reserve Forces Training Coordinator for the entire unit- Advised Captain of the Port/Commanding Officer on public affairs and regulatory approaches- Prepared documents for senior officials for speeches or signature and publication- Responsible for safety equipment maintenance and maintenance of vital resources for the unit- Managed workplace long-term personnel health and medical observation program.

Operations/Training - Co-founded a business education company focused on Customer Service Training for Medical Field, Non-Profits, and Government Agencies.- Researched and conducted regulatory compliance, planning and development, public affairs, networking, and cultivating partnership opportunities.- An active member/leader of several charitable and networking organizations leading to recruitment of new clients and opportunities for support of youth development in business plan competitions.

Prepare for and conduct small-bible studies up to three nights per week and had led the group to hold studies or speakers without missing a week in over four years except for Holy Days of Obligation and Ash Wednesday. Develop leaders for each of the studies and Communicate with an invite to events via email, social media and in person, young adults every week in the Charleston area regarding weekly studies, social activities and charitable opportunities. I have built relations with parish pastors, staff, and ministry directors.

Airport Relations Representative (Disney's Magical Express) - Alternative transportation coordinator, guest baggage /service recovery, and resolved other resort and cruise line issues related to 200 daily flights bringing over 10,000 Disney guests daily count operations at one of the busiest airports in the nation.- Detailed measurement of efficiency and safety/security performance data to improve operations, safety procedures, economic benefit, and cost savings- Provided quality improvement solutions and supervision for third-party vendors involved in the multi-site baggage and guest transportation process between the airport and Disney's cruise terminal and resorts.

Presenter (Epcot's Innoventions)- Performed multi-page scripted and improvisational material.- Interactive exhibits, product demonstrations, and multi-team game shows in an intense standard setting and high-volume theme park environment.- Performances were recorded and used as training material for new presenters.
