I have an extensive experience in recruiting corporate leaders and board members. I have a wide and varied business network and in-depth knowledge of management and developing talent and potential.I have proven experience of over twenty-five years in recruiting leaders among national and multinational companies, medium-sized and large growing companies, start-ups and private and public companies. Before founding Leaders & Co., I was a senior partner with Korn/Ferry International and The Caldwell Partners International, two leading worldwide executive search firms. I have gained expertise in recruiting board members and in consulting with boards. I am a trainer for the certification program at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés of the Université Laval and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. He developed and co-founded two awards in Quebec: “Les grands prix de gouvernance Korn/Ferry-revue Commerce”, as part of the Excellence en gouvernance d’entreprise competition, and the “Prix québécois de l’entreprise citoyenne Korn/Ferry – Magazine L’actualité”.I hold an MBA from the John Molson School of Business
