The structure of this org is still in use by Allscripts today.Managed the Services org which consisted of: Product Implementation Teams (Clinical, Revenue Cycle and ERP), Interfaces & Conversions, Platform Technical Services (Systems Engineers), Education Services (Customer and Employee), Methodology, and Field Trials.• Decreased Implementation Timeframes from an average of 18-24 months to 7-12 months for all clinical and financial applications—the shortest implementation timeframes in the HIT sector.• Achieved a 7% unplanned attrition rate —the lowest in the HIT sector.• Attained #1 ranking by KLAS for three years straight for Clinical Application & Technical Training.• Created the Eclipsys Office of Continuing Education which was granted the 1st national accreditation in HIT to provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for healthcare organizations' Clinical Staffs.• Created and led Eclipsys’ initial Customer Care/Client Success program.
