He has a deep seated Customer Service ethic which is brought to bear on whatever Richard does, whether Nutrition Health or Information Technology.He has twenty-five years clinical practice in Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy and Lifestyle Coaching under his belt, working first as Macrobeus Nutrition and currently as Richard Owden Nutrition, to his credit. His current practice, Richard Owden Nutrition (www.richardowden.com) is entirely on-line, using website, email and cloud services to keep client benefit and service availability to a maximum via the latest nutritional therapy, health and lifestyle coaching skills and knowledge and via the latest in information technology and communication innovation. Richard is a current BANT member and has educational links to ION, Zest4Life, IHCAN (from Target Publishing) and commercial links to Balens, Natural Dispensary and many others.Richard also has twenty-two solid years experience in Hardware Support, User Support and Application Development at all levels (IT Service Desk, Technical Helpdesk, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Line, System expert, Lead Engineer and deputy Team Leader). His broad range of experience is backed up by an equally solid background in dealing with customers, managers, operators, engineers and end users at all levels. His development skills and knowledge are largely self-taught and learnt hands-on. As a result, Richard has a robust Application Development portfolio, with numerous database / data collection and other applications to his credit.Richard is eager to update his current knowledge and to expand his skills base, both in the field of Nutritional Therapy and Health Coaching and of Information Technology, and just as eager to put what he has learnt to good use in clinic and in the workplace.Richard is a non-driver, without a valid driving licence.Richard's interest in Nutritional Therapy, Health Coaching and Information Technology accounts for much of his leisure time.
