We help companies ease the stress of dealing with maintenance vendors by offering more than 25 different building maintenance solutions. City Wide will manage as many or as few services as our clients need and typically start with the vendor that is causing the most frustration, on average providing six to seven services. City Wide manages the service providers and the scope of work in every building on behalf of the client to ease the time and stress associated with managing multiple vendors. Our services range from parking lot maintenance, window washing, commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning to more specialized services, including lighting management, handy man services, lawn maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Our team manages the details so our clients don’t have to.City Wide is a hi-touch, customer-centric service company. We put a face on our services by visiting our buildings bi-weekly to audit our performance and to assure our client’s satisfaction. We talk with our customers to keep them informed and in total control. There are no long term agreements because we want there to be no fear in choosing us and no obligation in keeping us.
