I brought my innovative strategy to my position while in charge of all client relationship management, customer retention & satisfaction, and solution enablement for Charles River, a global provider of wealth and institutional asset management services, solutions, and technology. As a company leader, I empowered relationship managers, product consultants, and implementers by providing them with supportive coaching and mentorship. Using my conflict resolution and negotiation skills, I served as the executive point of contact for settling product disputes. I successfully maintained $15mm of recurring revenue generated from 85 meticulously maintained client accounts. Key Successes:• Key contributor in the redesign and implementation of account planning tools, firm methodologies, and processes, including a new customer satisfaction measurement program and a new enterprise service delivery system. • Drafted, edited, and approved all legal contracting and statements of work (SOW) for West Coast Clientele.• Drove 85 total upgrades and new enterprise build outs of the CRD Investment Management System. • Upheld 95% deployment success rate (i.e. 95% of clients who worked with us successfully launched or upgraded their platforms).
