Developed a resource planning tool in Excel to facilitate insights in resource usage and availability over 7 important projects. Also, I thought about how to implement this resource planning for more projects and how to work with it when it was rolled out. After completing most of the basic work on the tool I handed the project over to a colleague who was responsible for further developing & implementation of the tool.

I did field research on waiting times at the radiology department. I analyzed information from different sources and wrote several recommendations on lowering the waiting time for patients.

I completed a project where I did research on how the employment agency could work more efficiently. The result was a report with recommendations about the cost price calculation, optimizing work processes and implementing key performance indicators. I also developed a dashboard in Microsoft Excel to display management information in one overview.
