HIGH PERFORMANCE DESIGN & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SYSTEMS - using performance improvement / change management frameworks, including TQM, TPS, Lean, JiT, Kaizen, Socio-Tech Redesign, and ISO Management/CI Systems (ISO 9000/14000/27000/20700), he has brought companies, like Magna (Plydex), Honeywell, Bell and Cimco successfully through major competitive performance challenges.EXECUTION CAPABILITY & PREDICTABILITY- led process reviews and management system assessments for compliance to international, continuous improvement, process and control capability standards for the likes of BMO and OPG, as founding leader of QUASAR (the Quality Systems Assessment Registrar), one of Canada’s first Federally accredited ISO management system certification bodies.
